Q4: How do I stop this service?
A4: There are three ways to stop the service:
- Via text/sms: Customers can opt-out at any time
by sending LOVE STOP to 76666. The customer will
be unsubscribed immediately.
- Via e-mail: Customers
can send an e-mail to smsinfo@elimidate.com containing
the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed. The
customer will be unsubscribed within 24-hours (during
weekdays).
- Via telephone help line: Customers can
call the help line at 1-877-789-5200 (free of charge,
24-hours). Customers can call this number and leave
their phone number in the system. The phone number
will be deleted from the database within 24 hours
(weekdays).

Q6: I didn't know this was a subscription service.
A6: Our advertising materials clearly state (either
visually or verbally) that this is a subscription
service. Furthermore, upon subscribing, the customer
receives the following welcome message:

the stars say about your love life, sex, relationships and personal happiness!
$9.99/mo”
Q7: I didn't subscribe to the service. Why am I receiving
messages?
A7: The only way to be subscribed to the service is
by sending a text message from the mobile phone that
receives the messages to the service.
